How can I learn more about the condition of a piece?
We specialize in items that are secondhand or vintage. These pieces are likely to have imperfections. Examples of imperfections include, but are not limited to:
- Small tears
- Loose threading
- Small stains
- Small holes
We include any relevant or noteworthy flaws in the item description and in the photos of the item. Please note that item colors may vary slightly from the product image.

How can I learn more about the size or fit of a piece?
Vintage sizing often varies from modern sizes. To help you with your purchase, we include measurements for each piece as well as a guide to how we measure our garments.
We also do our best to estimate the “modern” size of the garment (XS, S, M, L, XL), but we recommend looking at the garment measurements for the most accurate fit.

What is your return policy?
All items are final sale. We do not accept returns or offer refunds for vintage items. For more information on an item or for additional pictures prior to purchase, please email firstname.lastname@example.org.
If an order was placed by mistake or you would like to cancel an order, please email email@example.com within an hour of purchase and we will be happy to refund you.
How do you ship your items?
We use USPS priority shipping for most domestic orders. If you prefer an alternative method of shipping, please email our team. You will be provided with a tracking number once your order has been fulfilled.
If a package shows that it has been delivered through the tracking number and the customer is unable to locate their package, Jungli Vintage is not responsible and will not issue a refund or store credit.
Shipping Outside the United States
We are currently unable to offer international shipping at this time. We hope to offer it soon!
